"Too Late"

Character: Ayame and You (Matenrou Opera)

 

“Too Late”

 

Yuu stormed in the door and all they others turn around looking at him. Yuu stopped to get back his breath before walking any further.. 

 

-” IT IS TRUE THAT AYAME IS KINAPPED?” Yuu shot out looking all worry and mad at the same time. 

-”I am afraid so.” The manger said with a worry voice. Yuu fall down on his knees when Manger confessed the true. 

-”Yuu, it will be okey. The police and everyone is looking for Ayame.” Sono try to comfort Yuu, since he know how close they two were. 

-” I can’t believe it. Who would kidnap Ayame? He does never do anything wrong. He is the innocent one of all of us.” Yuu said before begin to crying like were no tomorrow. 

 

Sono sat down next to Yuu hugging him until he had calm down. Sono said all the comfort word he had in his mind, but nothing helped. Yuu just keep on crying. 

 

-”What about we help them?” Anzi said when he saw how helpless Sono became after trying to calm down Yuu after a hour. Those words gave Yuu some little bit hope he didn’t have at all.

-”That was a good idea, Anzi. That is better sitting here doing nothing.” You said and Yuu stand up with help from Sono.

-”How are we going to do that?” Yuu said with some hope in his voice. 

 

*I am going to save you, Ayame. Just wait for me, my love. I WILL DEFINIALLY SAVE YOU* Yuu thought for himself while they others were busy making a plan for how they are going to do it. 

 

Yuu listen to their others making a plan while he has only Ayame on his mind. They all were on their way to leave the room when the phone rang. 

 

-”Should we take it?” You ask and before anyone could answer did Yuu pick up the phone.

-”Yuu here” He answer and heard someone laugh in the other line. Yuu felt anger build up inside him when he heard the next thing the man said.

-”If you want you precious Ayame back, do you need to make 10 million yen ready by tomorrow. I will call tomorrow with the time and place.” The voice said.

-”Okey, But let me hear if Aya…” Yuu try to say before the line got cut, but failed. 

 

Yuu slam the phone at the table with all anger and they others look all worry at Yuu and wondering what make him so angry. 

 

-”They just called to order us to make ready 10 million yen tomorrow.” Yuu said with a angry voice while tears come down his cheek.

-”It will be all fine.” Sono said touching Yuu shoulder. Yuu just pushed the hand away and look down at his own hand.

-”EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW ARE WE GOING TO MAKE 10 MILLION YEN FROM? “ Yuu shout at Sono face and Sono felt so helpless to help his friend that had so much trouble dealing with his own feelings right now. 

-”everything would be fine?” you said again, but this time more calmer then earlier. 

-”I am sorry, Sono. I know it is not you foul that this happen and I know you guys are worry about Ayame too, but I can’t just stand here being so helpless when HE is out there, maybe all scared.” Yuu said crying again. 

 

Sono took Yuu in his arms comfort him again. You and Anzi just stood behind letting Sono doing all the work calming Yuu down. They look on Yuu and Sono with worry eyes and were afraid about what will happen if this is going on.

 

-------

 

-”So they have called to get money out of us? Why haven’t you called us earlier?” The manger said after heard all from Sono what had happen while he was gone taking care of things.

-”We have few others problem we had to take care of.” Sono answer scratching his head looking at the sleeping Yuu on the couch.

-”I understand.” The manger said after looking how worry Sono was.

 ‘~Next day~

 

-”YUU? WHERE ARE YOU?” Sono and the guys were calling after Yuu while looking everywhere after him.

-”I wonder where he has gone.” You said with a worry look. 

-”Don’t worry. He will be alright. I know he will.” Anzi said with a smile to make You less worry.

 

.-------

 

~ Somewhere else~

 

Yuu was wandering around in a area where he is not know of.  He was looking on his cell phone all the time and all worry about his love being alright. 

 

-”Ayame, where are you?” Yuu said while looking one more time at the mail Ayame have send him last night while they others was asleep.

-”I am happy you alright so far, but don’t do anything that may hurt you.” He said to his cell phone looking one more time at the picture Ayame had send. 

-”Wait a minute, I know where this is.” He said while begin to run to the place while calling Sono.

 

~ Phone call~

 

-”Moshi Mos…” Sono said, but got stopped by Yuu.

-”Sono, It is me, Yuu. I know where Ayame is. Please call the plolice and make them come to the old building we use to perform.” Yuu order Sono.

-”Hai, and what about you?” Sono said all serious just like Yuu, but still worry about Yuu.

-”I am heading there now, so we meet there. Pleasee hurry and come,Sono.” Yuu said and ended the call before Sono could say anything more.

 

-”I will save you, Ayame. Even if it take my own lift to do it.” Yuu said with a serious look on his face running with the wind in the hair. 

 

------

 

-”I am finally here, I should have quit smoking when Ayame told me to.” Yuu said catching his breath again. 

-” Damn, It is guard in front of the building. I think I should use the secret way to get in. The way only I and Ayame know about.” Yuu said and  begin to run again. 

 

Yuu was running until he was near a door that was hidden behind some trash. He fast move the trash while running in the door looking around to find Ayame. He look in every room he passed by until he hit the right door.  He open it up and saw Ayame laying at the floor with his arms tied. 

 

-”Yuu?” Ayame said when he saw Yuu standing on his knees in front of him with a smile.

-”be quiet or else will they hear us.” Yuu said tie up Ayame hands. 

-”Are you alright?” Yuu ask when Ayame hands was untied. Ayame throw himself around Yuu neck hugging him tight.

-”I thought I never could see you again.” Ayame said while crying of happiness.

-”so, so. Everything will be fine once we get out of here.” Yuu said and Ayame released the hug. Yuu dry away Ayame tears and kiss him lightly on the lips.

-” we must go now, before anyone see us.” Yuu said and help Ayame stand up on his feet. Soon when Ayame was on his feet they run out of the room, hiding when they saw the enemy.  Ayame hold a good grip around Yuu while they was making their own way out from this building. 

 

-”Ayame, everything will be fine.” Yuu said smiling to Ayame to calm him down. Yuu try to have a cold head all the time, but it was hard when he felt his heart beat fast because of two reason.

 

Soon did they hear the police coming and was now on their way out their secret door. They run for their life to the police who was standing in front of the building with their band member, but that Yuu haven’t notice was they were not in safe yet. 

 

-”Stop right there or else I will shot.” Yuu heard behind them and the police just fire their gun. 

 

The man point his gun at Ayame  while fired it. Yuu jump in Ayame and got shot himself. He fall down on the ground and Ayame stood there all shocked by what had happen. It was like everything had stopped or just went slowly. 

 

The man got hit by some of the police’s bullet and fall down to ground before shooting again.  Sono, Anzi and You came runnig to Ayame and Yuu who was laying at the ground .

 

-”Ayame?” Yuu said and Ayame sat down on his knees. 

-”Yuu?” Ayame said with tearing eyes. Yuu gave Ayame a sign to come closer and so he did. Once he was a few cm away from Yuu face, Yuu lifted his head a little and mett Ayames lips.

-”I love you, Ayame. And I am glad I could save you.” He said smiling to Ayame while lift his hand to touch his cheek. Ayame took his hand on Yuu hand and smile just because of Yuu smile.

 

Ayame hold Yuu into his body begging God to save him when Yuu became lifeless in his arms.

 

-”YUU? STAY IN THERE. DON’T DIE.. YUU.. DON’T LEAVE ME… “ Ayame shot out  crying. 

-”Don’t leave me, Yuu.” Ayame said one more time without any response from Yuu.

-”It is too late, Ayame. He is gone.” Sono said after checking his pulse. 

 

Ayame hold Yuu tighter into his body crying out his own life. On that day was the first time Yuu said he love him back after all the time Ayame had said it to him. It was the hardest and saddest day of Ayame’s life, but still the happiest one too. 

 

*I wish I never was so careless like I am. Then this never would have happen. I am too late to notice anything.” Ayame thought while the rain hit his body crying with him.
